Employee SSPR
Planning
- Employee SSPR Plan: The SSPR form used for all non civil service, non-supervisory level City of Austin employees.
- SSPR Five Point Rating Criteria: Rating description for the SSPR five point rating scale.
- SSPR Major Responsibility Page: An individual performance planning page for supervisor to use as needed for additional employee Major Responsibilities.
- SSPR Performance Improvement Plan Form: This document is used to plan and monitor performance improvement when an employee’s work performance falls below established expectations.
- Temporary Assignment SSPR Plan: A form that supervisor's may use when an employee has a temporary change in duties or responsibilities lasting more than 30 days.
