Austin Resource Center for the Homeless (ARCH)ARCH is a city-owned housing-focused men’s shelter located in downtown Austin, managed by Urban Alchemy. It offers emergency shelter, basic services and connections to housing for 130 men. Services include:

Marshalling Yard Emergency Shelter (Temporary)
The Marshalling Yard Emergency Shelter is a temporary shelter with capacity to serve up to 300 clients. The facility is owned by the City of Austin and operated by Family Endeavors. Marshalling Yard Emergency Shelter is not a walk-up shelter.

Emergency Shelter programs are designed to provide emergency lodging for households who are experiencing homelessness, enroll in the Coordinated Entry System, and help households access mainstream benefits, housing opportunities, and community resources to end their homelessness.
