Payments to DSD Code Compliance include:

- Hotel/motel/rooming or boarding house licensing fees

- Repeat Offender Program registration fees

The DSD Code Compliance Cashier is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. The office is closed between 1 and 2 p.m. Payments can be made over the phone, by mail, or in person. Please select an option below for more information.

Please call the DSD Code Cashier Office number: 512-974-9142. You will need to reference the bill number/property address when you call in for a payment. Have your debit or credit card information ready.

You will need to reference the bill number/property address/a copy of payoff statement and return the Customer Remittance copy along with your payment. Make your check or money order payable to the “City of Austin.”
