Approve a resolution amending the Austin Housing Finance Corporation Capital Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 to increase it in the amount of $30,000,000 for a total budget amount not to exceed $110,066,944. Funding: The source of funding is the City of Austin’s General Obligation Bond Fund.
