Approve a resolution reaffirming the City's position that the proposed State Highway 45 Southwest toll road is not part of the future transportation network of Austin, reaffirming the City's opposition to SH45 SW, restating the City's support for full compliance with the Endangered Species Act and the Balcones Canyonlands Conservation Plan, directing the City Manager to engage Texas Department of Transportation, CAMPO, Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority, and Travis and Hays Counties in a thorough analysis of alternatives, directing the City Manager to evaluate transportation options, conduct environmental studies, review environmental practices, and report findings to Council within 90 days.
