Approve an Ordinance repealing Chapter 15-1 of the City Code and adopting a new Chapter 15-1 relating to Cross Connection Control regulations, creating offenses, and approving penalties. The Ordinance addresses connections between the City's water system and other water systems and the use of appropriate connection devices. (Funding for the implementation and operations of the Cross Connection Control Program was included in the Approved Fiscal Year 2003-2004 Operating Budget of the Austin Water Utility.)
