Thank you to officers who responded to a crash

"My two sons and I were involved in a single-car accident on the way to school at about 7:30 a.m. on Highway 290/71 heading east out to the toll road, and I'm very grateful for the officers who responded to assist. Two Austin PD officers assisted us, though I only got Officer Snow's name. These kinds of things aren't newsworthy, but I'm glad that we have officers like Officer Snow and his colleague who are able to respond to citizens in need like my sons and I were this morning. Once the wrecker came to take our car away, he graciously gave my family a ride to meet my wife at a local rental car shop. It's just the above and beyond that I appreciated. It was obviously a scary moment for us, but we felt safe and attended to thanks to Officer Snow and his colleague. Wish I could tell him thanks, again, so hopefully that sentiment can be forwarded on."

After some research, APD was able to find out the names of all officers involved in this crash. They were Officers Eric Lindsay AP4674, Michael Snow AP4928 and Chance Stephenson AP5977.
