Let us show you just where you’ll need to go whether you’re dropping off passengers or picking them up. Please note: There is no parking in front of the terminal and violators will be fined.
Picking up - Arrivals
Free Cell Phone Lot- Wait here ‘til they call you
Picking someone up at the airport? Use the free cell phone lot. Simply drive to the waiting area and relax until your arriving party calls and is ready to be picked up at curbside.
Where is it? To access the new Cell Phone Lot, from SH 71, take the Spirit of Texas Drive “Airport Cargo/Service Entrance” exit. Turn right onto Spirit of Texas Drive. Go straight at the four-way stop and at the second four-way stop go straight. The next right is Rental Car Lane. Turn right onto Rental Car Lane and the cell lot will be on the left. One may also access the cell phone lot from the main airport entrance road, Presidential Blvd. via Spirit of Austin Lane. From SH 71, take Presidential Blvd. to Spirit of Austin Lane and take a right. Spirit of Austin Lane comes to a four-way stop at Spirit of Texas Drive. Take a left onto Spirit of Texas Drive. The next right is Rental Car Lane. Turn right onto Rental Car Lane and the cell lot will be on the left.
When you’re picking up passengers, drive to the baggage level of the terminal or the upper level as you enter the airport property. The terminal curb side is for active loading and unloading only. Parking and unattended vehicles are not allowed.
Dropping off - Departures
If you’re bringing someone to the airport, follow the signs to the terminal, passenger drop off, ticketing (upper) level in front of the terminal. Look for the blue signs at the terminal indicating where the airline ticket counters are located. Many of the airlines have curbside check-in for passengers’ convenience.
