Approve execution of an amendment to the interlocal agreement for the Austin Regional Intelligence Center (ARIC) to include the following agencies as new partners: The City of Manor on behalf of its Police Department, the City of Bastrop on behalf of its Police Department, and the City of Sunset Valley on behalf of its Police Department; and authorize the City of Austin to negotiate and execute separate agreements with nongovernmental entities that employ police officers licensed by the State of Texas in order to make such entities ARIC partners.
