Resources for Members of the Media & Reporters
AUS has a Public Information Office team to support reporters, journalists and members of the media who want to cover the airport. If you are new to covering AUS, please take a look at our AUS Media Guide, which shares information on:
- Where to park
- Live shots + broadcasting access
- Airport emergencies
- Security protocols
- Contact information for airport partners (airlines, federal agencies, etc.)
If you need airport information, a statement or have an interview request, please reach out to the Public Information Office at 512-715-4287 or AUSMedia@FlyAustin.com. Our Public Information Officers are available for interviews, fielding inquiries and airport site visits Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
For breaking news after hours, please call the media line, leave a message with your inquiry and a Public Information Officer will get back to you as soon as possible.
