The City of Austin (City) seeks applications in response to this Request for Grant Applications (RFGA) from qualified social service providers (Applicants) with demonstrated experience providing services to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, gender non-conforming, gender fluid, and genderqueer community (LGBTQIA+ population). Interventions must be designed with the target population’s needs at the outset, with the goal to increase access to mental health resources for LGBTQIA+ residents.

Mental Health Services: Expand access to affirming mental health services for the LGBTQIA+ community.
Funding Amount: $100,000

RFGA Application Date Due: February 6, 2020 by 3:00 pm CST
Solicitation Results: There were six applicants and the award went to OutYouth to provide mental health services to the LGBTQIA+ community for an annual amount of $100,000.
