Definition
This indicator measure compliance to dispatch protocols used within the STAR Flight program.
This measure was introduced in February 2014.
Why is this important?
When customer’s call 911 and request STAR Flight, they expect to have their phone call answered quickly and have their emergency addressed as soon as possible.
This measure relates to our Strategic Goals for Service and Finance- F2, F3:
