About the Council
Perform the duties prescribed for an HIV health services planning council under Section 2602(b) of the Public Health Service Act (42 United States Code, 300ff-11 et seq. as amended by the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009, and other applicable laws.
