PARK ACCESS, IMPACTS, ALTERNATIVE USE AREAS & ALERTS:

• PARK ACCESS:
  • Road closures will affect public recreational use of the park during event hours.
  • Park road closures are associated with this event. See closures.
  • Due to the number of participants on site, and the nature of the activities, access to park areas, parking lots, waterway and/or docks are impacted during event hours.
  • In addition, event set up activities will occur in advance such as infrastructure delivery and includes traffic in the park.

• ALERTS:
  • Parking on the grass or on unauthorized park grounds during a special event is a $250 parking fine.
  • Illegal vending or commercial activity is a Class C Misdemeanor with a minimum $200 fine.
  • Glass, Styrofoam and Smoking are prohibited in all parks.
