APD Detectives Search for a Suspect in Connection to an Assault with Injury

UPDATE: Austin Police (APD) is requesting the public’s assistance with identifying a second suspect who assaulted a victim at the In-N-Out restaurant located at 2700 Guadalupe Street. The incident happened on Saturday, September 27 at 1:45 a.m. The suspect assaulted the victim and caused injuries. The assault is believed to have been unprovoked.
The suspect is described as:
- White male
- Early to late 20s years of age
- 5'8" to 6'2" tall
- 185 to 218 lbs.
