Temporary suspension of Officer Garritt McGraw

An Internal Affairs investigation revealed that Officer McGraw violated Civil Service Rules and APD policy when he failed to respond appropriately to a domestic violence incident. Officer McGraw failed to make an arrest, failed to investigate the incident properly, and failed to contact medical assistance for the injured party.
