In 2009, Austin City Council approved a Non-Discrimination Resolution, which applies to all Construction and Professional Service Contracts with the City. Additional information and related documentation available here.
Note that the Capital Contracting Office (CCO) has revised its construction and professional services solicitation and contract documents to reflect the changes directed by the Non-discrimination resolution passed by the City Council. These changes became effective for all solicitations advertised after January 1, 2010.
