This complaint was generated by Officer Travis' chain of command on September 19. 2023
related to the officer's actions taken during a call on September 16, 2023. The Office of Police
Oversight (OPO) monitored the investigation conducted by the Internal Affairs Division of
the Austin Police Department (APD).
