2020 Scorecard Available in August
Austin, Texas — The City of Austin’s Housing and Planning Department and HousingWorks Austin, have revised the calculation methodology of the 2018 and 2019 Blueprint Scorecards.
The revision now more accurately reflects the proportion of newly constructed income-restricted units in High Opportunity Areas.
The 2020 Blueprint Scorecard is expected to release in Aug. 2021.
The Scorecards measure goals outlined in the Strategic Housing Blueprint including ensuring the creation, preservation, and equitable spread of affordable housing units across our City while aiming to create affordability accessible to a wide range of incomes.
