The Austin Police (APD) Highway Enforcement Unit is requesting the public’s help with identifying a suspect in connection to an Assault by Contact & Reckless Damage to Property that occurred on Monday, November 15, 2025, at approximately 6:03 p.m., in the 1800 block of South Congress Avenue.
 
The complainant stated that a verbal altercation turned physical after a cyclist collided into his vehicle, and the complainant tried to exchange information with the cyclist.
 
The suspect is described as:

25-3191246-both
  • White male
  • He was last seen wearing dark shorts, dark t-shirt, and glasses
