OPO Recommendation for Case #2024-0175, Officer Leonard Hobbs
In response to Interim Chief of Police Robin Henderson's disciplinary determination regarding Officer Leonard Hobbs in case #2024-0175, the Office of Police Oversight recommends that APD administer the appropriate discipline in compliance with APD's General Order Disciplinary Matrix. OPO's review of the Internal Affairs investigation revealed that Officer Hobbs initiated unwanted physical contact with another officer, violating General Orders 914.3 Sexual Harassment and 900.1 Responsibility to Know and Comply.
