The complainant alleges that he was racially profiled while he was a passenger in a vehicle with his friends when an Austin police officer pulled them over and pointed a firearm at him, claiming that the car was stolen. The complainant also alleges that backup officers arrived with even more guns pointed at them but were unable to provide a legitimate reason for doing so. It was later discovered that the police officer pulled over the wrong vehicle. OPO recommends this complaint receive a B classification.

El querellante alega que se usó perfil racial mientras viajaba como pasajero en un vehículo con sus amigos cuando un oficial de la policía de Austin los detuvo y le apuntó un arma, alegando que el vehículo era robado. El querellante además alega que los oficiales de apoyo llegaron incluso con más armas apuntándolas a ellos, pero no pudieron proveer una razón legítima para hacerlo. Luego se descubrió que el oficial de la policía detuvo al vehículo equivocado. La OPO recomienda que esta alegación reciba una clasificación B.
