Learn about Jamu, a culinary healing tradition that originates from Indonesia.

In many parts of Asia, food is used to achieve optimal health for the body and mind. Learn about herbal treatments, spices, diets, and cooking philosophies that have been handed down to the people of Bali, Indonesia. Class will be led by AARC Education Specialist Megumi Sari Fujimaru. The class is free and open to the public.
