Foundations of Everyday Leadership is a 4-part online training taught by the University of Illinois and delivered online through Coursera. Students taking this course will commit to 4 - 6 hours of material each week for a total of 16 - 24 hours of training.
In this course you will learn about the “head to heart” of everyday leadership, individual decision making, group decision making, and managing motivation.
We will also host one in-person session so students taking the course can meet one another and discuss the learning materials with their peers. This is an optional session. Details about time and location will be sent after you’ve enrolled.
