The City of Austin offers an incentive for home builders and other contractors to install High-Efficiency toilets (HETs) in new construction.
Toilets must be marked as an HET on our current list of eligible models and be installed at an address that receives water from Austin Water Utility or an eligible MUD.
Properties are subject to final inspection. No installation rebate is available under this program.
