Hayride Permits

Instructions for requestor:

1. Download and print the application.
2. Complete the application.
3. Fax the completed application to the Special Events Unit at 974-6636
4. Permit will be returned to requestor by fax once approved by the Special Events Unit
5. The approved permit must be carried by the requestor during the Hayride and presented to any Police Officer upon request.
