A draft of the City of Austin’s Neighborhood Housing and Community Development (NHCD) FY 2018-19 Consolidated Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is available for review and public comment both online and in print at various locations across the city.
The CAPER is an end-of-year document required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to assess the city’s progress and performance on federally funded activities for affordable housing, community development, economic development and public services. The CAPER specifically reports on to its federally funded activities during FY 2018-19, and the achievement of its overall strategies, objectives, and priorities outlined in the FY 2014-19 Consolidated Plan.
The city will submit this report to HUD prior to December 29, 2019.
