Austin-Bergstrom welcomed the decision by Air Canada to add a second nonstop flight from Austin to Toronto, beginning April 29, 2019.
AUSTIN, Texas – Austin-Bergstrom International Airport today welcomed the decision by Air Canada to add a second nonstop flight from Austin to Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, beginning on April 29, 2019.
“Air Canada has been very pleased by the strong response from Austin to our services and the community’s ability to attract visitors flying from Canada. To build on this demand, we will add a second, six-times-weekly frequency for this summer to complement our daily flight,” said Lisa Pierce, senior director, USA sales and market development. “This additional capacity will provide business customers more choice and convenient timings, including for connections with international flights at our Toronto global hub.”
