Mission
Finance and Administrative Services mission is to maintain the financial integrity of the City. This is accomplished through comprehensive
and integrated financial management services.
Departmental Services
Finance and Administrative Services is committed to improving the City's
ability to accomplish essential functions of government while
continuing to maintain the financial integrity of the City.
Departmental services include:
- Budget Office: Monitoring the financial performance of all City departments
- City Controller's Office: Comprehensive Annual Financial Report
- Managing the City's financial accounting and reporting activities
- Making recommendations for allocating the City's financial resources
- Purchasing Office: Managing the procurement of goods and services for the entire City
- TARA: Administering the City's franchise agreements
- Treasury Office: Managing the City's cash resources, investments, and debt
- Fleet: Providing support to all City departments through Fleet management
- Building Services: Improving the City's infrastructure through managed building maintenance
- Wireless Communication: Managing the City's radio and wireless communication
