What is an Open House?
A walkable demonstration to educate and inform the public on transition areas and missing middle housing types, transportation and parking, environment and flooding, housing and affordability, and the process moving forward. The event is open to all and will include staff to answer questions.
What are Office Hours?
One-on-one appointments with the staff to learn how the Code will affect your property or neighborhood. Office Hours are by appointment only. You must register in advance to secure your session. Participants can sign up for any office hour time/location that is convenient to them, even if it is not in the Council District in which they reside.
We anticipate additional office hours for the month of November. You can receive notifications for appointment availability by following us on through the City’s Twitter, Facebook, and e-newsletter platforms.
Please note registration for Office Hours closes 24 hours before scheduled start time.
If all the appointments are full and take their full 30 minutes, staff will not be able to meet with “walk ins.”
Staff is happy to meet with walk-in stakeholders as time allows.
Appointments are highly encouraged to better guarantee that people will be able to meet with staff when they arrive at an office hour.
