Administration of the Oath of Office to the newly elected Council Members for Place One, Place Three, and Place Four of the City Council. Approve the election of the Mayor Pro Tem.

The motion to appoint Council Member Brewster McCracken as the Mayor Pro Tem was approved on Council Member Cole's motion, Mayor Wynn's second on a 7-0 vote. The Honorable Orlinda Naranjo administered the oath of office to Council Members Leffingwell, Morrison and Shade.
