The presentation was made by Leslie Browder, Chief Financial Officer; Sue Edward, Assistant City Manager over Economic Growth and Redevelopment, Neighborhood Planning and Zoning and Watershed Protection; David Lurie, Acting Assistant City Manager over Health and Human Services, Library and Parks and Recreation; and Bert Lumbreras, Assistant City Manager currently assigned to Public Safety Departments - Fire, EMS, Police and Municipal Court.
