Meet the Management Staff


Jannette Goodall
City Records Manager

CAREER
Ms. Goodall was appointed City Records Manager in May, 2001. Prior to this appointment, she served as a Records Analyst for the City of Austin. Ms. Goodall began her records management career in 1989 with the Illinois State Archives. She also served as a Records Analyst for the Utah State Archives and as the Executive Secretary for the Utah State Records Committee. Ms. Goodall supervises the four-member staff of Records Management Services.

EDUCATION
Bachelor of Arts Degree from Monmouth College in Monmouth, Illinois
Graduate work at Sanagamon State University in Springfield, Illinois

PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP
Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA)
Austin Chapter of ARMA

PERSONAL
Ms. Goodall is a native Illinoisan who moved to Texas in 2000. She likes to read and do cross stitch and enjoys the company of her furry, four-legged “children,” Jerome (a cat) and Brownie (a dog).
