Positive thoughts and regards for Officer Carroll
Today I wanted to share some positive thoughts and regards towards Officer Carroll (Badge #7049). He helped me and another resident with car burglary stuff in our building at Riverview Apartments. He was helpful, professional and sincerely helped make a bad situation flow forward towards resolution.
