Land Development Code Revision Project - Request For Qualifications Issued

The City of Austin has released a request for qualifications to consultant services to assist in a comprehensive revision of the Land Development Code. The selected consultant team will work with COA staff, the general public, interested stakeholder groups, the City Council-appointed Steering Committee, relevant boards and commissions (e.g., Environmental Board, Zoning and Platting Commission, etc.), the Planning Commission, and the City Council.
